Terms of Service

Tribute Tap provides software for funeral homes to collect and organize memorial contributions. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

For funeral homes

Funeral home staff are responsible for the accuracy of memorial pages, the selection of designated organizations, and the timely payout of collected funds. A small platform fee, charged on top of each gift, covers payment processing and platform costs. The gift itself always passes through in full.

For contributors

Contributions are made to organizations designated by the family and administered by the funeral home. Contributions are generally final once processed; contact the funeral home for refund requests.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
